National roaming

All Muscovites subscribed to LITE tariffs can now use their mobiles both within Moscow region and beyond its boundaries where communication is supported by the automatic roaming service, an advantage previously available to contract subscribers only.

Today the roaming service is available to LITE subscribers all over Russian Federation where communication is provided by MegaFon Network.

Tariffs

• Charge for all incoming calls — 9 rub./min.
• Outgoing calls to all local phone numbers and to all federal MegaFon numbers — $ 9 rub./min.
• Outgoing interregional calls, calls to Moscow — 9 rub./min.
• Charge per outgoing SMS message — 2,1 rub.
• The first 5 seconds of an outgoing call are not charged. The charging of an incoming call starts upon connection.

Local call (to stationary and mobile phone numbers of the region capital city, all residential areas of the oblast, republic or krai, where the subscriber is located)		9 rub.
Intra-regional call (to stationary and mobile numbers in all residential areas of oblasts, republics and krais, excluding stationary and mobile numbers of the region capital city, all residential areas of the oblast, republic or krai, where the subscriber is located)		9 rub.
Interregional call (to stationary and mobile numbers in all residential areas of oblasts, republics and krais serviced by MegaFon)		9 rub.
Outgoing SMS message*		2,1 rub.
Incoming SMS message		0 rub.
Intercity calls
